Consumer rights information

For eligible consumer agreements, withdrawal rights may apply under Norwegian and EEA consumer rules, including Angrerett provisions where relevant.

Requests should be submitted within fourteen calendar days of purchase unless service delivery has been fully completed with prior consent.

If work is partly completed, refund eligibility may be assessed proportionally based on delivered scope.
